He married Janis Darlene OLIVER in Decatur, Macon Co, IL, Grace Methodist Church, July 29, 1955. Janis was born September 27, 1937. At 19 years of age Janis became the mother of Robin YOUNG in Decatur, Macon Co, IL, October 10, 1956. At 21 years of age Janis became the mother of Rodney Eugene YOUNG in Decatur, Macon Co, IL, March 20, 1959. At 23 years of age Janis became the mother of Cheryl Ann YOUNG in Decatur, Macon Co, IL, January 11, 1961.

At 24 years of age Robert became the father of Robin YOUNG in Decatur, Macon Co, IL, October 10, 1956. At 27 years of age Robert became the father of Rodney Eugene YOUNG in Decatur, Macon Co, IL, March 20, 1959. At 28 years of age Robert became the father of Cheryl Ann YOUNG in Decatur, Macon Co, IL, January 11, 1961.

Robert Elmer YOUNG and Janis Darlene OLIVER had the following children:

658 ii. Rodney Eugene YOUNG was born in Decatur, Macon Co, IL March 20, 1959. He married Stephanie (Young).

659 iii. Cheryl Ann YOUNG was born in Decatur, Macon Co, IL January 11, 1961. She married Tay Griffith. He resides 1995 when Cheryl's father is deceased.
