592. Stanley Joe⁹ PARKISON (Ella Carrie⁸ VAN GUNDY, Robert Elmer⁷, Daniel William⁶, John⁵, David Jr⁴, David Sr³, Peter Sr², Male¹) was born November 16, 1945.

He married Arla Jean EFFLAND in Stronghurst, IL, November 28, 1965. Arla was born August 13, 1945. At 21 years of age Arla became the mother of Donald Wayne Jr PARKISON August 30, 1966. Arla is a musician, playing both piano and organ, and as such played regularly for their home church. At one time she was also associated with the Christian college but later started working for the local utility company where she has remained for the past several.

At 20 years of age Stanley became the father of Donald Wayne Jr PARKISON August 30, 1966. He and Arla are prime examples of Christianity in action. They live what they believe and have raised their only child in a pure Christian atmosphere, passing their convictions on to the next generation. Stan, although it makes him nervous, is a very effective speaker, testifying from his personal life and observations. For a vocation he has been employed at an auto dealership for years, rising to manager of the parts department.
