Christopher became the father of Kyle Webb CLEARWATER in Mattoon, Coles Co, IL, August 14, 1982. Christopher became the father of Kevin Thomas CLEARWATER in Mattoon, Coles Co, IL, December 5, 1987.

At 19 years of age JoElla became the mother of Christopher Joe CLEARWATER in Mattoon, Coles Co, IL, December 5, 1979. At 22 years of age JoElla became the mother of Kyle Webb CLEARWATER in Mattoon, Coles Co, IL, August 14, 1982. At 27 years of age JoElla became the mother of Kevin Thomas CLEARWATER in Mattoon, Coles Co, IL, December 5, 1987.
