He married an unknown person.

David became the father of Maria Magdalena VAN GUNDY about 1735. David became the father of Capt Joseph Sr * Van Gundy about 1737. The only evidence found for the existence of this gentleman was on the marriage record of his daughter.

David VAN GUNDY had the following children:

4 i. Maria Magdalena³ VAN GUNDY was born about 1735. She married Wilhelm Schack in Lancaster Co, PA, April 21, 1755.

+ 5 ii. Capt Joseph Sr * Van Gundy was born about 1737.
