253. Thomas Tousy⁶ VAN GUNDY (Jacob⁵, Jacob⁴, Capt Joseph Sr *³ Van Gundy, David² VAN GUNDY, Male¹) was born September 19, 1848. Thomas died March 23, 1901 at 52 years of age.

He married Mary Helen Kight January 23, 1868. Mary was born April 16, 1851. Mary died March 15, 1902 at 50 years of age. At 17 years of age Mary became the mother of Oscar VAN GUNDY November 10, 1868. At 24 years of age Mary became the mother of Rilla VAN GUNDY November 13, 1875.

At 20 years of age Thomas became the father of Oscar VAN GUNDY November 10, 1868. At 27 years of age Thomas became the father of Rilla VAN GUNDY November 13, 1875.

Thomas Tousy VAN GUNDY and Mary Helen Kight had the following children:

426 i. Oscar⁷ VAN GUNDY was born November 10, 1868. Oscar died January 16, 1963 at 94 years of age. He married Margaret Ridge and had 3 daughters.

427 ii. Rilla VAN GUNDY was born November 13, 1875. She married Jess Moore and had 5 children.
