Obituary for Elizabeth Jane Street Hall, sister of Susan Henrietta Street Rose
Mrs. E. J. Hall
Mrs. E. J. Hall, widow of the late Sergeant B. P. Hall, passed away quietly to ____ last Tuesday morning at 12:45, after a two weeks illness. Death occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. B. Morgan, in The Orchard, and all of her four sons and two daughters,
with the exception of one son, were at her bedside, when death relieved her of her sufferings. Mrs. Hall had been ill about two weeks, and since the first her condition was regarded as very serious.
Had Mrs. Hall lived until next January she would have been seventy-three years of age. Her husband, Sergeant B. P. Hall, served in the Civil War, in Co. D, 44th regiment, Missouri Infantry. He died several years ago. A wide circle of friends who knew and loved Mrs. Hall for her sweet character and motherly kindness, join in deepest sympathy to the bereaved
sons and daughters and their families in this great sorrow. Mrs. Hall will be much missed, not only in her family, but also amongst a host of friends. She had lived here two or three years.
Name and date of newspaper unknown.
