7/19/1870 Saylorville, Polk Co, IA was where the next census taker found them and recorded S Beashler, 71, and Magdalena, 68, living alone. Solomon had disposed of some assets as he had only $300/800 in property. Daughter Delilah Hanger and family lived next door.
1880 Crocker Twp, Polk Co, IA. 81 year old Solomon and his wife (looks like Lena), 79, were found there at census time, living alone. Solomon's occupation was farmer.
