"Manor was afterwards divided and sold to purchasers. This survey included more than 16,000 acres. It was afterwards sold in small tracts and patented. The following were the principal patentees:

Jacob Wistler, 125 acres May 25, 1756
Jacob Wistler, 202, Aug. 18, 1759
Jacob Wistler, 173, June, 1760
Jacob Wistler, 19, 1762
Jacob Wisler, 178, 1767

1765 Philadelphia, PA. He must have gone back to Switzerland for a visit as he arrived at this port on this date with an Ulerich Wissler.

His will, proved 5/24/1800, named wife, Catherine, and children: Magdalena and John. Three other sons were mentioned but their names were not given and son-in-law, Michael Klepper, was named but his wife's name was also omitted. Son, John, was executor.
