Notice is hereby given to the heirs of said George Bathe, sen., deceased, to wit: John Bathe, Edward Bathe, William Low and Elizabeth Low his wife, formerly Elizabeth Bathe, George Reel and Catharine his wife, formerly Catharine Bathe, James Bathe, Rachael Powell, Ezekiel Bogard and Lavinia Bogard, formerly Lavinia Bathe, George Bathe, Thomas Bathe, William Hogue, Eleanor Hogue, Elizabeth Ann Hogue, Nancy Kennedy, Jacob Stark, husband of Nelly Bathe, dec'd and Ann Eliza Hogue, that the said complainant has filed his bill in said court, praying for a decree to sell all the real estate of which the said George Bathe, sen., dec'd, died seized, to pay the debts of the estate of said decedent; that a summons has been issued from the office of the Clerk of said court, returnable on the first day of the next term, thereof, to be holden at Robinson, the 29th day of the month of April next.....
