Ralph had been in a nursing home for quite some time before he died. It was his second confinement there after suffering a stroke several years earlier which left him in a dazed, confused, and sometimes almost comitose, state. However, while in the nursing home, he was accidentally bumped on the head, which instead of complicating the illness, brought about a miraculous recovery. He returned home in perfect health for his age. |
