Martha was still living at home in 1880. The Allenville, IL, Christian Church listed her and her siblings, Charles, Fannie, Dulcena, and Mary, among their charter members in 1884. Then in 1915, the girls joined other members of the Church of Christ in Sullivan, IL, to worship in their homes, eventually growing into the Highway Church of Christ. She never married. |
