General Note
Residences:

1788 Pendleton Co, VA. He served in the army in the Middle BranchCompany under Capt Patterson along with brothers, George and Jacob.

1804 He was commissioned captain of a cavalry troup of the 3rd Regt,3rd Div.

He and Abigail sold their land in preparation for the move north:

12/1805 Sold 45 acres on the east side of the South Branch, adjoiningother lands of Coonrod, to James Kee for L75.

9/2/1806 Ulrick and Elizabeth Coonrod and Adam and Abigail Coonrodsold out to John Fisher for L100, "150 acres adjoining Coonrod's otherland, patented 3/25/1789 to Ulrich, who conveyed half the land toAdam."

8/17/1807 He sold more land to John Fisher for L1,400, 2 bracts belowTrout Rock on the west side of the South Branch, 131 acres adjoiningUlrick Coonrod, "167 acres opposite the saltpeter cave, patented togeorge Coonrod 9/8/1802 and conveyed by him to Adam, 200 acres at theWhite Oak Level, patented to Ulrich Coonrod in 1773 and conveyed byhim to Adam."

Court records showed that Fisher owed $3376.67 to Adam payable on orbefore 4/1/1812. To secure the debts Fisher conveyed in trust severaltracts he purchased to Aaron Kee. If the debt was not paid by the duedate, the land was to be sold.

Walnut Creek Twp, Pickaway Co, OH. He moved across the mountains with2 unnamed cousins and settled about 10 miles NE of Circleville.

1810 Pickaway Co, OH. Adam & his father were the only Coonrodslisted in the Tax List of that county, living next door to each other.Adam's tax was $1.66 for 166 acres of land.

1816 Pickaway Co, OH. Adam, Henry, and Jacob were the only "Conrads"listed in the tax list.

Birth Note
He was listed on the Tithables list of males over 16 in 1790.

Marriage Note
He acted as his own bondsman along with brother-in-law, WilliamMorral.

Death Note
