They also recorded that he did notreceive bounty land for his service. 1800 Mercer Co, KY. On census records there is a Daniel listed herebut it is yet unknown if it was this man. 1810 Nicholas Co, KY. He and son, Walter, were the only Neaveslisted in the KY census. 1828 Harrison Co, KY, where he died. |
| His will, dated 9/8/1828 and signed by an X, was witnessed by MBrowning, Harmon Stevens, and Eli Forsythe. It was probated inDecember, 1828. In it he stated he was "weak in body" and mentioned:his wife, Mary, deceased daughter, Judith Barrett, her part to go toher son, Elijah Barrett, "if he continues with my wife and behaveshimself and takes good care of her," and infant granddaughter, Eliza,daughter of deceased son, James. His real estate was to be dividedamong his children at his wife's death. |
