Albert's will stated: "In the name of God, In the county of Bracken, and the great State of Kentucky, Know all men by these presents, whereas I am confined to my bed with sickness and disease and know not whether I will ever recover or not, having a wish to make a disposition of my estate, which I do in the following manner. I bequeath all of my estate to my Sister Sophia Workman and William Workman her husband which the said William Workman is to put the money out on interest and the interest is to go to support my mother Nancy Broshears, as William Workman thinks she needs it. And furthermore I leave William Workman my administration of my estate without giving security, and after my death I want all of my debts paid and my burial expenses. This is my last will and testament. Whereas I set my hand and seal this the 25th day of September 1851. Albert Broshurs" Witnesses were: John B Blythe, Wm A Moore, Enoch Iones, and John H Blythe |
