Cemetery records say he died 12/23/1876. His wife relinquished her right of administration of his estate toson, Charles. FM Rush and George H Mason supplied the security bondand Caleb Bales, WN Shaw and Robert H Shaw were appointed appraisers.The final settlement was done 1/1879. |
