Residences & events: 1853 Moultrie Co, IL, Ambrose signed the following: "June the 4th 1853 Recievd of John Powell administrator of the Estateof Wm powell deseast mi disinterrested shear in full of the Estate ofSaid Deseast. AmbrosePowell" The handwriting and spelling on this receipt is identical to George'snote and dated the same day. It was probably written by George andsigned by Ambrose. 6/1865 He petitioned for a road change (Sullivan-Mattoon) 6/1866 Again he petition for a road change (Bruce-Findlay). 12/28/1866 Moultrie Co, IL.
