On 8-30-1854 she paid $4.25/acre to buy back the 600 acres of landwhich was originally conveyed
to daughter, Nancy, but ordered by theProbate Court to be sold according to her husband's will. Before her death she conveyed 200 of the 600 acres to son, William.From the balance, she donated 1 acre for a church and school and 4acres for the Zumwalt Cemetery. The balance was distributed among herheirs on 4/28/1868. |
