Notes for Carrie Ivy VAN GUNDY

According to stories told by those who knew her, she was somewhat of a
character. One person said every family needed an Aunt Carrie.

A niece, Dorisgene Van Gundy Webb, carries special memories of her
ancestors:

"I've heard the phrase "This is my favorite aunt, or uncle." I always
liked to hear it myself. But in my case each one had a special place
in my heart!"

"Aunt Carrie was always wanting me to fix her hair. I burned her ears
several times with the dryer but she never complained! Uncle Bill was
always drinking wine and eating soup yet he stayed thin!"
