3/19/1998 Mattoon, IL. The "25 Years Ago" column of the newspapercarried the following article:

"Paul Daily, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Daily of Route 3, Mattoon, isone of 10 Illinois young farmers who will spend two weeks touringEurope and four weeks working on a farm in England or Germany thissummer. Daily was a winner in the 'Young International Farmer'contest sponsored by International Harvester. Over 1,500 young mencompeted for the top prize."

1998 Lerna, IL. He is still a farmer in the same area as the rest ofhis family.
