Adam could not read or write.

He fought in the War of 1812.

North Carolina

1830 Coles Co, IL.

1850 He was living with son, David, at census time at age 62.

1870 He now lived with nephew/son-in-law, Aaron Collins. His age was
listed at 75.

1880 He was not listed in the Morgan Twp, Coles Co census. (When did
he die??)
