Notes for J Warren GOODWIN

Warren was a physician.

His biography states: "Dr. Goodwin is a stanch Republican. In 1877he was elected Treasurer of Cumberland County, was re-elected in 1879,and elected again in 1881 to serve four years......Dr. Goodwin is oneof the msot energetic men of Cumberland County, and one of its mostvalued citizens. He is a member of the I.O.O.F., and now reisdes inToledo."
