1830 Morgan Co, IN. He, Benjamin and Jonathan, lived in the samearea at census time.

6/14/1838 Indiana was his residence when he bought 40 acres in ClarkCo, IL, at S14 T09N through a federal land sale for $1.25/acre, atotal of $50.

1838 Johnson Twp, Clark Co, IL. He "settled in S13 where he enteredland on which he afterward built a mill. The mill stood on NorthFork, from which it received the power that operated it, and was runby Davee about fifteen years and afterward sold to F. Johnson."

10/1/1838 He bought another 40 acres of federal lands, again for$1.25/acre, at the same coordinates as the June purchase.

1853 MO His move west was recorded by Clark Co, IL, history.

CA, where he died.
